BeyondTrust Password Safe

Connection Requirements

1 - IP

The IP address or hostname of your BeyondTrust Password Safe appliance.

2 - Port

Port number (optional, default: 443).

3 - API Key

An API key registered in BeyondTrust Password Safe. Navigate to Configuration > General > API Registrations to create or retrieve an API key.

4 - Username

The username of a BeyondTrust Password Safe account with API access. This account will be used with the RunAs authentication method.

5 - Password

The password of the provided username.

6 - Timeout

The amount of time (in seconds) to wait for API responses. (default: 120)

7 - Is Secure

Choose this if your connection is going to be over HTTPS (optional, default: True).

Permissions Required

The API registration must have access to the Managed Systems API endpoint. The user account needs read permissions on managed systems.
