BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM)

Connection Requirements

Host

The address of your BlackBerry Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) server.

Port

Port number (optional, default: 18084).

Tenant ID

Ask your organization’s BlackBerry UEM administrator for the tenant ID of the UEM domain. The administrator specifies the tenant ID during the UEM installation process.

Username

The username of a UEM administrator account created in the BlackBerry UEM management console.

Password

The password of the administrator account.

Domain

Specifies the user's logon domain. Required for AD (Active Directory) and LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) authentication.

Provider Type

Determines how the user will be authenticated. Choose one of the following:

  • AD – Active Directory authentication

  • LDAP – Lightweight Directory Access Protocol authentication

  • LOCAL – Local authentication in UEM

Is Secure?

Indicates whether the IP address is secure. (optional, default: Secure)
