# Cisco SD-WAN

## Connection Requirements

### 1 - IP Address or Hostname

The IP address or domain name you use to access your Cisco SD-WAN Manager (vManage) web interface (e.g., `vmanage.yourcompany.com` or `192.168.1.50`). Do not include `https://`.

### 2 - Port

Port number (optional, default: **443**).

### 3 - Username

The username of the account used to connect to Cisco SD-WAN.

### 4 - Password

The password of the provided username.

### 5 - Is Secure

Choose this if your connection is going to be over HTTPS (optional, default: **True**).

### 6 - Proxy

Proxy URL (optional).

### 7 - Timeout

The amount of time (in seconds) to wait for API responses. (default: 30)

**Attention**

Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the Cisco SD-WAN host. When the discovery operation is finalized you will be able to see the details on Assets page.
