# Fortify Data

## Connection Requirements

### Port

Port number (optional, default: 443).

### Company ID

Your company id.

### API Key

If version 7 and above is used, a Token must be created.

* Click on your name in the top bar. Note: You must be an Administrator to generate API Keys.
* Select Settings.
* Select API Keys from the Settings menu.
* Click Generate API Key.

### Version

Region you're in.

### SSL

Use SSL for connection (optional, default: Encrypted).

Please perform a **connection test** to ensure there is a valid connection to the host.\
When the discovery operation is finalized, you will be able to see the details on the **Assets** page.
