Connection Requirements

Domain

Enter the domain of Freshdesk.

API Key

Follow these steps to obtain your API key:

• Log in to your Freshdesk account.

• Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Profile Settings.

• On the right pane, click View API key and complete the captcha verification.

• Copy the API key to authenticate third-party solutions.

Note: The API key is displayed only after the agent is verified.

HTTPS Proxy

HTTPS proxy URL. (optional)

Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the Freshdesk host. When the discovery operation is finalized, you will be able to see the details on the Assets page.
