### Domain

Enter the domain of Freshdesk.

### API Key

Follow these steps to obtain your API key:

* Log in to your Freshdesk account.
* Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select **Profile Settings**.
* On the right pane, click **View API key** and complete the captcha verification.
* Copy the API key to authenticate third-party solutions.
