Follow these steps to obtain your API key:
Log in to your Freshdesk account.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select Profile Settings.
On the right pane, click View API key and complete the captcha verification.
Copy the API key to authenticate third-party solutions.
Note: The API key is displayed only after the agent is verified.
Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the Freshdesk host. When the discovery operation is finalized, you will be able to see the details on the Assets page.
