MX IP

MX IP address of the Infoblox DDI host.

Username

The username which is going to be used by OctoXLabs CSAM PLATFORM Asset to fetch data from Infoblox DDI.

🔵 Note The user needs to have read rights on necessary records from Infoblox DDI to read details.

Password of the provided username.

Port number (optional, default: 443).

SSL

Use SSL for connection (optional, default: Encrypted).

Version

WAPI version of the Infoblox DDI.

Extend Records

By default we only consider "A" records as assets. If you prefer to use all of them as different kinds of assets, you must enable this option.

Ignore clusters and localdomains

Optionally, you can choose to ignore NS records if the nameserver field contains "cluster" or "infoblox.localdomain". Enabling this option will exclude such records from processing.

Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the host. When the discovery operation is finalized, you will be able to see the details on the Assets page.
