Connection Requirements

1 - Domain

Domain URL where your KnowBe4 account is located.

US server: us.api.knowbe4.com

EU server: eu.api.knowbe4.com

CA server: ca.api.knowbe4.com

UK server: uk.api.knowbe4.com

DE server: de.api.knowbe4.com

2 - API Token

You can access your API key and generate a new key if needed in your KnowBe4 Account Settings under the API section.

Attention

Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the KnowBe4 Labs host. When the discovery operation finalized you will be able to see the details on Assets page.
