Connection Requirements

IP

MSSQL Server IP Address.

Port

Port number (optional, default: 1433).

Domain

Domain FQDN.

Database

Base database.

🔵 "cm_" The database name must begin with cm_.

Username

Value provided in username must have "Read", "Select", "List" permission to devices and MSSQL server.

To create a User:

• Open MSSQL Server Management Studio.

• Go to Security folder and right click Login after that click New Login.

• Select the authentication used in the server.

• Fill in the details and select your database in Default Database.

• Save User.

• Login to the database with this user once to avoid an error.

Note: For BitLocker management, you must have Full Administrator functionality in Configuration Manager.

Password

The Password of the provided username.

⚠️ Attention Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the host. When the discovery operation is finalized, you will be able to see the details on the Assets page.
