# Palo Alto Prisma Cloud Compute

## Connection Requirements

### IP Address

Provide the IP address of the Palo Alto Prisma Cloud Compute Networks Decoy host that will be used to establish a connection.

For SaaS Installations:

* Go to Compute and navigate to Manage > System > Downloads. The Path to Console displayed is your Console URL.

For Self-Hosted Installations:

* The API is exposed on port 8083 (HTTPS) by default with your custom domain.

### Port

Specify the port number for the connection. This is optional — the default port is 8083.

### Username

Enter the username that OctoXLabs CSAM Platform will use to access and fetch data from the Palo Alto Prisma Cloud Compute.

The user must have access to enable data retrieval from the system.

### Password

Provide the password associated with the specified username to authenticate the connection.

### Proxy

Proxy URL. (optional)

### SSL

Select whether to use SSL for the connection. By default, SSL encryption is enabled.
