Connection Requirements

IP

Provide the IP (or host) address of the PRTG server.

Port

Specify the port number for the connection. This is optional, and the default port is 443.

API Token

Enter the API Token that OctoXLabs CSAM Platform will use to fetch data from the PRTG.

🔵 Full Access You can create API keys through the PRTG UI (Account Settings | My Account | API Keys).

SSL

Select whether to use SSL for the connection. By default, SSL encryption is enabled.

⚠️ Attention Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the host. When the discovery operation is finalized, you will be able to see the details on the Assets page.
