Connection Requirements

IP

IP address that you want to connect to. Requests will be sent to this address.

Port

Port number (optional, default: 443).

Username & Password

The API Token of the provided user.

Different account permissions may fetch different amount of servers. Here is a short summary:

• If you want to fetch all servers across entire Sangfor HCI, your account needs to be System Administrator.

• If you want to fetch servers only inside your tenant, your account needs to be Tenant Admin.

• If you want to fetch servers only your own VMs, your account needs to be Normal Tenant User.

Is Secure?

Enable this option if the connection will be established over HTTPS.

Timeout

Time to return API call (default: 20 seconds).

Resource Pool ID (Availability Zone ID)

This adapter fetches your devices resource pool by resource. You may enter any number of IDs of the resource that you would like to fetch. Depending on your version, it may also be known as Availability Zone.

You can find this value inside the relevant Resource Pool overview page.

Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the host. When the discovery operation is finalized, you will be able to see the details on the Assets page.
