## Connection Requirements

### IP

Enter the IP address of the Tines host.

### Port

Port number (optional, default: 443).

### API Key

To establish a connection, you will need an API Key from the Tines platform. Follow these steps to create them:

* From the navigation menu, select API Keys.
* Click on the +New Credential and select Tines.
* Follow the prompts to connect and generate your API key.

The value supplied in API Key will be bound to the creator account. Make sure the account has permissions for users and the tenant's stack.

### SSL

Use SSL for connection (optional, default: Encrypted).

Please perform a **connection test** to ensure there is a valid connection to the host.\
When the discovery operation is finalized, you will be able to see the details on the **Assets** page.
