VMware Carbon Black

Connection Requirements

1 - IP

IP address of the VMware Carbon Black.

2 - Port

Port number (optional, default: 443).

3 - X-Auth-Token

1. Login in console.

2. Click Username in top right -> Profile info.

3. Click the “API Token” button on the left side to reveal the API token for the logged in user. If there is no API token displayed, click the “Reset” button to generate a new one.

Note: The user needs to have read-only rights on VMware Carbon Black to read details.

4 - SSL

Use SSL for connection (optional, default: True).

Attention

Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the VMware Carbon Black host. When the discovery operation finalized you will be able to see the details on Assets page.
