Symantec Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

Connection Requirements

1 - IP or Hostname

IP address or Hostname of the Symantec DLP host.

2 - Username

The Protect user is going to be used by OctoXLabs CSAM PLATFORM Asset to fetch data from Symantec DLP.

Note: The value supplied in User Name must have "Read-only" permissions for Agent and Agent_group tables to fetch assets.

3 - Password

Password of the Protect user

4 - Port

Port number (optional, default: 1521)

5 - Sid

Sid (optional, default: protect)

Attention

Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the Symantec DLP host. When the discovery operation finalized you will be able to see the details on Assets page.
