Connection Requirements

1 - IP

Oracle Enterprise Manager IP Address.

2 - Port

Port number (optional, default: 1521).

3 - SID or Service Name

Base SID or Service Name.

4 - Username

Value provided username in Oracle Enterprise Manager.

The user must have "Read", "Select" and "List" privileges.

5 - Password

The Password of the provided username.

6 - View Name

The view name of Oracle Enterprise Manager. NOT required.

7 - Custom Query

The custom query field for Oracle DB NOT required.

OctoXLabs doesn't rely on a View for integration. It has a base query. If you prefer to use view, the name of the column with the hostname must be host_name. You can add the remaining fields as you wish.

Attention

Please perform a connection test to ensure there is a valid connection to the Oracle Enterprise Manager host. When the discovery operation finalized you will be able to see the details on Assets page.
